REFUNDS

If the cancellation request is received between forty - thirty days from the commencement of the trip or workshop, seventy five percent of the trip value shall be refunded. If the cancellation request is received between thirty to fifteen days from the commencement of the trip or workshop, fifty percent of the trip or workshop value shall be refunded. In cases wherever the cancellation request isn't received or received within fifteen days from the commencement of the trip or workshop, Explore Bolt is not and will not be liable for any refund.
